Though
the security staff has a basic handicap due to their negligible
access to the internal activities of the establishments, gossips,
pilferages, damages etc., as they performing duties mostly
on the gates and vulnerable points, we induct our staff to
act as our “EYES AND EARS” and procure advance
information on the industrial crime modus operand and feedback
to us. |

| SECURITY
TRAINING : |
|
We
are providing training, which includes physical training,
security duties, documentation, discipline, handling fire
fighting and first aid. Over years of continuous experience,
we have improved in efficiency and talents in the above fields
and training in imparted to our guards, on regular basis,
by serviceman staff which helps to obtain optimum utility
and efficiency of guards at the work place. It is a regular
and continuous process in our company. |

| TERMS
AND CONDITIONS : |

 |
we
undertake to post our security personnel , who will
be in our uniform at such posts and in such manner as
mutually agreed upon to ensure the patrolling of the
entire area of your establishment round the clock, checking
exit/entry of personnel material and transport to prevent
theft, loss, pilferage, etc., |
 |
 |
We
meet all statutory obligations which are applicable
to our security personnel. |
 |
Our
security staff selected for deployment at your establishment
will not normally be residents of the area in which
your establishment is located and will have to be rotated
periodically to avoid familiarization with the employees
of your establishment and local miscreants. |
 |
Our
security staff shall maintain all registers and forms
necessary for the efficient performance of duty. |
 |
Our
security should be accommodated either inside or very
close to your establishment so that all of them would
be available “on call” to meet any unforeseen
situation/emergency. |
 |
Our
security staff will take their day to day orders and
instruction of security office and make a brief on the
subject to any one officer nominated by you. |
 |
Our
security staff should not be deployed for any kind of
job under your company without our consent, not only
during the term of the agreement but also for one year
after termination of contact. |
 |
All
the members of our security force shall be the employees
of our security service only and not of your company
to any extent. Your company should not make payment
of advance / salary to our guards directly. |
 |
In
the event of theft or pilferage of the company’s
materials or property, we will enquire and submit reports
and actively assist you. If it is necessary to report
such incidents to the police and follow up the same.
If it is referred to court of law and until the case
is closed or discharged. |
 |
The
following would be required to be provided by your establishment
to assist in our security functions : |

to illuminate the perimeter fence / wall |
 |
Illuminate security post,
if possible. |
 |
Three – celled torch
– one per security post / patrol and supervisor. |
 |
Registers and documents for
security functions. |
 |
Accommodations for security
staff. |
 |
Security staff be permitted
to use your telephones to facilitate to keep in
touch with your management / our headquarters for
the purpose of communications connected with security
and other mishaps as fire accidents etc., when required. |

 |
This
service agreement would initially be valid for a period
of 12 months or longer as mighty be required by you. This
agreement can be terminated by one-month notice from either
side. |
 |
All
payments towards the service rendered will be settled
by the 5th of every month by crossed cheque / demand draft
favouring M/s. Balaji security service payable at Coimbatore
so as to enable us to pay the guards salary on time. |
 |
The
tenture of the agreement shall be atleast for a period
of one year. |
 |
Incase
of termnation of agreement by either parties, 2months
billing amount in lieu will be paid. |
 |
you
are required to pay an initial advance equal to one month’s
billing at the time of execution of the agreement, towards
the preliminary expenses on survey and study of your security
systems, recruitment, training and providing uniforms
to the staff, T.A/D.A. advance and other expenses on supervision
and initial take over expenditure. |
 |
The
charges quoted are as per the existing Govt.regulations,
incase of any changes the same shall be applicable to
you. In the absence of the same an increase of 10% will
be applicable towards increase in price index and yearly
increments to the staff. |
 |
A
minimum of 10 days time will be required from the date
of signing the agreement for deployment of security staff. |
 |
We
will render service on 12 hour basis and the rates will
be calculated accordingly. |
 |
In
the event or delay in the attendance verification and
certification by you. You will have to release 90% against
bill and 10% after verification. |
 |
All
outstation payments to be made by crossed A/c payee demand
drafts only. |
 |
Alterations
/ amendments of figures in our bills can be done only
by our authorized signatories. |
 |
Any
other deductions made against our bill payment will be
acceptable only if manually accepted. |
 |
Quotation
will be given after conducting security survey of the
company for which our services are required. |
 |
Our
charges will apply depending upon requirement of services. |
